What You’ll Be Doing:
• Carrying out a wide range of multi-trade repairs in both occupied and unoccupied homes.
• Delivering high standards in carpentry, plumbing (non-gas), roofing, bricklaying, and general building works.
• Supporting junior tradespeople, trainees, and apprentices with guidance and training.
• Ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery.
• Using a PDA to manage tasks and communicate effectively with the team.
• Contributing to safeguarding and tailored services for vulnerable tenants.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in multi-trade work.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using digital tools (e.g., PDA).

Desirable Extras:
• Experience in social housing.
• CSCS card holder.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and undertake further training.

Key Responsibilities
• Identifying, determine and taking action to secure compliance
• Providing competent advice to building control bodies and duty holders
• Acting within and maintain own competence, supporting others to do same
• Identifying and report conflicts of interest for appropriate action to be taken
• Undertaking all work in compliance with the Code of Conduct
• Assessing plans and carrying out inspections to assess whether building work is undertaken in compliance with the Building Regulations 2010 (as amended), other requirements of the Building Act 1984 (as amended) and associated legislation, standards and guidance for type of buildings as mentioned above, as defined by the Building Safety Act 2022 (amended)
