About the team:
The Compliance Team sits within the Asset Maintenance Service and is responsible for ensuring that Council-owned and managed properties remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose. The team provides assurance that statutory inspections, servicing programmes and safety activities are completed, risks are identified and managed appropriately, and accurate records are maintained to demonstrate compliance.
Working collaboratively across housing, homelessness, repairs and property services, the team supports the delivery of safe homes and buildings through effective monitoring, contractor management and continuous improvement. The team is committed to maintaining high standards, providing robust assurance and ensuring residents, staff and visitors can be confident that assets are managed safely and responsibly.
As part of the Compliance Team, you will join a supportive and knowledgeable group of professionals who are passionate about protecting residents, maintaining standards and driving service excellence across the Council’s property portfolio
